Music Festival at Overland Park Public Hearing

After earlier outreach on the festival, the City and County of Denver moved into the contract writing phase with the festival organizers, and aimed to addresses the questions and concerns that were provided during the public outreach process. The contract is anticipated to appear on the City Council agenda on Monday, July 24th which includes a courtesy public hearing. If you are interested in giving testimony at the public hearing, the meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. and will be held in the City & County Building, 1437 Bannock Street, City Council Chambers, Room 450. You may sign-up to speak as early as 5:00 p.m. in Room 451 or during the recess of City Council. Please note that this date was originally posted on the City Council website as July 10, however, July 24 is the new expected date. The public hearing will not be held on July 10.
