Ruby Hill-Godsman Neighborhood Association September Meeting

Hey Neighbors! Join us for our first post-summer-break monthly Neighborhood Association meeting. On the agenda for this month’s meeting are guests from Colorado Public Radio (CPR) and the City of Denver.
Colorado Public Radio (CPR), a non-profit that provides the community with news, information and music owns 10 acres of land adjacent to Ruby Hill Park. The property currently has a radio tower and a small building on it.
CPR is interested in re-zoning the land and would like your input before they officially begin the process as they’re committed to collaborating with the community and city officials in the creation of a plan. We’ve spoken with them about some initial ideas but would like to hear what you think.
CPR and the City will be there to speak with us about how the land may be best re-zoned to meet CPR’s operational requirements while considering everyone’s needs.
The meeting will begin at 6:15 sharp, so please arrive on time!
