Southwest Neighborhood Leadership Gathering/Happy Hour

Discuss the possibility of creating a special neighborhood district within the Southwest Denver area. This could be an avenue to address many of the concerns/passions we all hear from residents on a consistent basis—safety in regards to speeding and vandalism, mobility for pedestrians & cyclists, beautifying our community, and enriching/adding public gathering spaces for the community.

Ian Harwick (Athmar) and Councilman Jolon Clark will explain what a neighborhood district could mean for our community and see if this idea gets any traction and if there is an opportunity for our neighborhoods to advocate to bring funds, sources and positive attention to the west side.
