Notice of Proposed Rule Making

Denver’s Office of Economic Development will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 29, 2019, between 11:30am and 12:30pm in the Auditorium at the Denver Post Building, located at 101 West Colfax, Denver, Colorado, 80202. The purpose of this public hearing is for interested parties to comment on proposed rules and regulations pertaining to implementation of Article VI, Chapter 27, of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (Dedicated Funding for Affordable Housing). The rules and regulations will address submittal requirements and the applicability of any right of first refusal for projects utilizing incentives in Article VI, Chapter 27 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code. The authority in which this rule is proposed is DRMC Sec. 27-181.

All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and present oral and written comments. Interested parties may also submit comment on the proposed rules and regulations through email to the following email address: Affordablehousing. The public is not required to provide advanced notice of their intent to participate in the hearing.
