Notice of Proposed Rule Making for
Amendment to the Gateway Subdivision Rules and Regulations
The City and County of Denver Department of Community Planning and Development has scheduled a public hearing to be held on February 19, 2020, at 3:00 PM in the Parr-Widener Community Room (#389), City and County Building, 1437 Bannock St., Denver, Colorado for the purpose of hearing comments on the proposed amendment to the Gateway Subdivision Rules and Regulations to update the value of land per acre (Rules and Regulations).
All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and present oral and written comments. Interested parties may contact Planning Services at (720) 865-2607 for more information or submit written comments to Community Planning & Development, 201 W. Colfax Avenue, Dept. 205, Denver, CO 80202, no later than the date and time of the meeting.
The proposed Rules and Regulations are authorized pursuant to Sec. 50-26, D.R.M.C.
