A recent article in the Denver Post calls attention to the real estate market in Southwest Denver, and the fact that here—as in much of Denver—housing prices have increased dramatically. Ruby Hill is mentioned, with a note that “sales prices have gone from an average of $136,036 to $216,112, a 58.9 percent jump” over the past two years.
