The Broadway General Improvement District, in partnership with Denver City Council Lucky District 7, West Wash Park Neighborhood Organization, Athmar Park Neighborhood Association, Platt Park People's Association, the Lincoln/Broadway Corridor Registered Neighborhood Organization, Overland Park Neighborhood Organization, Baker Historic Neighborhood Association, Valverde Neighborhood Association and Ruby Hill Neighbors invites the public to a candidate forum for the Denver City Council At-Large Seat B special election.
The seat was vacated by former Councilmember Sarah Parady and will be filled through a special election coinciding with the November general election.

Who: Open to all members of the public
The forum is designed to give residents a direct opportunity to engage with and learn about the candidates seeking to represent Denver's at-large council seat. A voter registration organization will also be on site, giving attendees the chance to register or update their voter registration head of the November election.
This candidate forum is part of ongoing efforts by South Denver organizations to foster informed civic participation and connect residents directly with the candidates who may represent them.
This coalition believes that collaboration, information sharing, and participation are the building blocks of a thriving community, and are proud to bring this event to their neighborhoods and beyond.
